For non-urgent questions only. Active leaks and backups need a phone call.
Call for anything urgent
If water is running, a drain is backing up or the house has no hot water, call (215) 714-6692. A dispatcher answers at any hour and starts with safety steps. There are no forms on this site on purpose, because a form cannot tell you how to close a main valve.
For a non-urgent question about a planned job, you can email contact@247plumberabington.com and we will answer during the day.
What to have ready when you call
Your address
Include the street, the town and a nearby cross street if the house is hard to find.
What you see
Where the water is coming from, how fast, and whether the main is closed.
A working number
A phone that will pick up, in case the plumber needs to reach you on the way.
Access details
Gate codes, dogs, a key box or who will be home. It saves time on arrival.
